The health coach program empowers you to attain sustainable lifestyle changes, develop nourishing habits, feel more confident in your body and achieve your health and wellness goals. The 3-month timeframe allows you to incorporate changes into your life to feel healthier and happier, slowly but surely.
From deconstructing cravings and having a better relationship with food to feeling more energized and vibrant. It’s not about restricting a bunch of foods, dieting or taking a lot of supplements, it's about looking holistically at all aspects of your life (such as relationships, joy, stress, movement, creativity, sleep), all of which have a huge impact on your health and well-being.

Health is complex and multidimentional, YOU are unique. There are so many variables (such as lifestyle, relationships, and career) that it's impossible for all our needs to be the same. Experimenting to find what the right decisions are for YOU - right environment, diet, lifestyle - that helps you thrive right now at this point in your life is crucial.
It is not about treating symptoms, it IS about addressing the underlying root causes of why you are experiencing symptoms, this will help you feel happier and healthier in every area of your life.
Being healthy is not just about the food on your plate. It is also about the water you drink, the air you breathe, supportive and authentic relationships, physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice and much more.

Bio-individuality
Each person has unique needs, which can change over the course of one's life.
No one diet or lifestyle works for two people. One persons food is another persons poison.
Through coaching and experiencing you will figure out what the right decisions are for YOU as a unique individual (environment, diet, exercise).

Primary food
Primary food is what fuels you off the plate, such as your relationships, your career, creativity, home environment, spirituality and physical activity.
Primary food teaches us that our health is affected by far more than the food that we eat and it teaches us to view our health holistically. It brings us awareness to the full picture of health.

Secondary food
Secondary food is the food on our plates.
Secondary food choices are driven by many factors, some of which may not seem connected to diet. These factors fall under larger categories, such as lifestyle (stress, habits), environment, your personal belief system and your relationship with food.

FREE 45-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL
A free, one-on-one, 45-minute discovery call is a great opportunity for us to talk about your wishes and health and wellness goals. During this call I'll tell you about how I would work with the areas that you have identified. We'll have some time for questions and you can ask me whatever feels important to you. Following your free discovery call you are under no obligation to work with me. I will contact you after the call, by phone or email, as I believe it is important that you have the time and space to make the decision that is right for you.

The program
During the 3-month program you look at primary food and secondary food together, viewing your health holistically in order to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. Your health is affected by far more than the food that you eat, so I’ll also guide you on other areas such as stress management, home cooking and improving your relationship with food. You'll learn to honor your body and trust its cues by understanding what drives emotional eating patterns and how you can find greater joy and fulfillment in all areas of your life.
This program is personalized and tailored to your specific needs and wishes. I'll guide you in exploring what works best for YOU and learning to trust your own body, because there is no one right diet that works for everyone. Moreover, you'll be working on personal growth: finding out more about triggers and insecurities, improving your relationship with food and learning to set healthy boundaries.
I believe that everything is already inside of us, sometimes we just aren't connected or aware yet and we need the guidance of a holistic coach to weave our empowered sense of self into our daily life.
