Holistic healing is about being aware of a woman's whole being, not just one aspect of someone's life: it's a body, mind, breath, soul experience.
A holistic approach brings awareness to the full picture of health and reminds us to take a step back when we are feeling imbalance in any area of our life.
Treat yourself to self-care
Self-care is any activity that nurtures and refuels you on a deeper level. Self-care should be your priority. By putting our personal needs first, we can also pour love out to others. When we only give to others, we will burn out. Some examples of self-care: a healthy diet, nature walks, meditation, yoga, gratitude, positive self-talk and setting boundaries.
